After 25 years, Ross continues to serve the Paton businesses with passion.
The business is as stimulating to me today as it was when we founded it over 25 years ago. We service highly specialist and complex recruitment areas and we dedicate ourselves to finding inspiring opportunities for our candidates and assisting them in securing these roles. We are proud that our clients have long seen us as their ‘go-to’ solution for their toughest technical recruitment needs. Our biggest strength is our people - smart, committed and highly respected in the industry by clients and candidates who appreciate their longevity and loyalty.
Meet Our General Manager
Sue is testament to our philosophy of professional management.
She is ideally placed as General Manager to run the business having been at Paton for 5 years and previously held senior roles in recruitment both in agency and in large corporates including Absa, Adcorp and Investec.
Sue continues our emphasis on ‘smart’, managing all our teams and assisting recruiters across 10+ desks with strategy, training and support. Her leadership style creates and maintains highly motivated teams.
